The Research Insitute for Mindanao Culture of Xavier University both a non-government organization and an academe-based institute conducted a courtesy call to Municipal Administrator Aronga Colangcag, MPDC Bailyn Abolais Pinote-Gandamra , MIO Baby Panawidan before they proceeded to conduct an interview with the Municipal Health Officer, staff of Taraka Rural Health Unit and patients. The interview is aimed to uncover mechanics and dynamics that facilitate or impede the readiness health facilities in terms of dispensing services to its patients.
