Synergeia Foundation and the couple, Dr. Romeo Manlapaz and Edna Manlapaz together with their son Victor Manlapaz of Juan and Zabel Foundation had a quick visit to the office of Mayor Nashiba Gandamra-Sumagayan before they proceeded with the visitation of historical sites in the locality and turn-over ceremony of their donated classrooms to Malungun Elementary School. Mayor Sumagayan is very grateful for the many years of partnership in the pursuit of good education governance in the Municipality of Taraka.
