The Development Academy of the Philippines in coordination with JICA conducted a Foundation Course on Local Governance and Development for ARMM Managers held on July 23-27 2018 at Alnor Hotel and Convention Center, Cotabato City. Among the five pilot municipalities, two were from Lanao, Taraka and Balindong.
