JULY 20–Earlier today, Mayor Atty. Amenodin U. Sumagayan turned over one of the two units of Risograph donated from the office of MP Atty. Ras Mitmug to the DepEd represented by Supervisor Omerah D. Comadug and other members of the Local School Board.

Vice Mayor Prof. Nashiba U. Gandamra-Sumagayan was likewise present during this event as she now chairs the LGU’s Committee on Education, Culture, History, Science and Technology.

As she and our current municipal mayor are both active education advocates, the LGU through their efforts made this possible.

Hence, the LGU expresses its heartfelt appreciation to the generosity of MP Atty. Rasol Y. Mitmug as these donations will certainly help the teachers and learners in the locality most especially nowadays where the use of printed learning materials play a major role in ensuring that the learners receive the best quality of education they deserve.

The other unit of the said Risograph shall be utilized for other LGU services that require massive printing of materials.
