COP PSI Allan Hernandez conducted a Lecture on RA 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Act of 2002 and reiteration of Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council (BADAC) regarding its functions and responsibilities with the 43 barangay officials of Taraka on August 3, 2017 at the Sports Complex, Taraka Lanao del Sur.
