On April 17, 2017, the LGU of Taraka conducted the Turn-Over Ceremony of DAR-ADB-ARCP 2 of completed projects. The Ribbon Cutting and Turn Over Ceremony was attended by no less than Sec. Amilhilda J. Sangcopan of DAR-ARMM, Asec. Sampaco Mamainte of DAR-ARMM, Engr. Mesug P. Unda of DAR Provincial Project Manager-ARCP 2 and other DAR personnel of ARMM and LDS. Sec. Amilhilda Sangcopan expressed her gratitude to the Hon. Mayor Nashiba Gandamra-Sumagayan for not setting aside the projects despite not having been paid in full as of date. Hon. Mayor Sumagayan, in her acceptance message thanked Sec. Sangcopan & the other DAR Officials and Personnel for personally witnessing the Turn-Over Ceremony despite their hectic schedules and for extending projects to the municipality.
