August 1, 2022, Senior Councilor Mohd. Aquil G. Sumagayan proposed the Resolution No. 108 series of 2022 entitled “A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2023 PEACE AND ORDER AND PUBLIC SAFETY (POPS) ACTION PLAN AND BUDGET IN THE AMOUNT OF FOUR MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (4,500,000) OF TARAKA, LANAO DEL SUR”.

As the Chairman of the Peace and Order Committee, he made sure that the Sangguniang Bayan will work side by side with the Executive Department to achieve their goal to maintain the peace and order of the Municipality and the safety of its constituents.

The resolution was approved unanimously by the Sangguniang Bayan Members.
