School heads, Teachers and other guests who participated in the event was happily welcomed by Mayor Nashiba Gandamra-Sumagayan. Like the recently conducted MDRRM Drill, the participants were engaged in a discussion regarding basic strategies that can be employed during unexpected emergencies and later tasked to respond in a simulated critical situation.
