Today, July 15, 2019, visitors from Philippine Legislators’ Committee on Population and Development Foundation (PLCPD) came to the Municipality of Taraka for a meeting with the Honorable mayor, Prof. Nashiba Gandamra-Sumagayan. This is to talk about programs with regards to the Reproductive Health of the community that can possibly be conducted in the locality.
Mayor Sumagayan expressed her willingness to support their programs as she believes that it can supplement the initiatives done by the LGU and its Rural Heath Unit to promote a healthy community.
