AUGUST 18–Last Thursday, FSUPT Jeraniel C. Taporco, the Provincial Fire Director of BFP Lanao del Sur, paid a courtesy call on Municipal Mayor Atty. Amenodin U. Sumagayan at the Municipal Hall, Taraka Lanao del Sur. Some of the subjects discussed during their meeting include both the BFP and the LGU’s pursuit of initiatives that will make Taraka a fire-resilient municipality and their on-going programs that are aimed to be conducted in cooperation with the Bureau of Fire Protection.

In addition, he also assisted Municipal Mayor Atty. Amenodin U. Sumagayan in turning over the office devices procured for the BFP Taraka to SFO1 Mohammad Anwar Badron, the new Fire Marshall of the BFP Taraka.

The said devices consist of one unit of AVR and four (4) units of Kenwood Two-way Radios which shall all be beneficial in their daily operations.
