Among the pilot barangays are as follows: Sigayan, Tupaan, Dilabayan, Moriatao Lucsadatu and Mangayao.

The LGU Taraka and ZFF partnered with the main aim of reducing teenage pregnancy and improve knowledge on HIV. Through YLGP, ZFF is currently working on producing Bridging Leaders through its series of workshops and modules. The program helped the SK Federation in many aspects. To name some, the Federation helped its young constituents in seeking knowledge on HIV, ASRH, it helped a good number of OSYs in having livelihood and so many more.

Currently, the YLGP is working on how it will re echo the program to Barangay Level, thus, this program.

This program would not be possible if not without the full support of Mayor Hon. Atty. Amenodin U. Sumagayan and his better half who started the YLGP journey, Vice Mayor Nashiba Gandamra-Sumagayan, the 4 barangays who without any hesitations, accepted the challenge being the pilot barangays in the locality.
