Today, March 12, 2019, the Municipal Advisory Council headed by its chairman, Mayor Nashiba U. Gandamra-Sumagayan had its meeting at the Municipal Hall Taraka, Lanao del Sur. This meeting was attended by the members of the council which include the Chief of Police, PSI Roy Rondina, and the representatives from the different sectors and line agencies.
During the meeting, the designated Municipal Links in our locality from DSWD presented the updates in the implementation of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) in the locality. In addition, MSWO Roselainie Disimban also provided updates regarding the launching of the Biometric System of the Department of Social Welfare and Development in the locality. Accordingly, this system is initiated by the DSWD to directly help the qualified beneficiaries for their programs.
