The Provincial Local Government Unit of Lanao del Sur conducted a random surprise visit to some barangays in the LGU. This is in line with the re-implementation of BOMBIT Program (Building Opportunities for a Meaningful Bangsamoro Inclusive Town). During their visit, they checked pertinent documents that are mandated in every Barangay Local Government Unit. They checked all the plans such as but not limited to Barangay Development Plan, Annual Investment Plan, Annual Barangay Youth Investment Plan, Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction Plan, Solid Waste Management Plan and GAD Plan. They also took time in checking facilities of the Barangay Hall such as daycare center, MRF, School, existing cooperative/s and organization/s.

The visit was to ensure the effective delivery of basic services and accomplishments in the performance of the functions of BLGUs as mandated in the 1991 Local Government Code.
