The event was graced by no less than the Mayor himself, the Chairman of both LCAT VAWC and GAD FPS, Hon. Atty. Amenodin U. Sumagayan who ensured all barangay chairpersons, Barangay VAWC Desk Officer and Lupon Tagapayapa that he will continue what former Mayor, now Vice Mayor Hon. Nashiba Gandamra-Sumagayan started with regards the the PPAs of both LCAT VAWC and GAD FPS. He ensures its full commitment to protect the general welfare of women and children.

Also in attendance are the working force of BWC headed by Azisa Benito (Coordinator), Maam Johnifa Abosofian, LCAT VAWC Provincial Focal, MILG and members of the LCATVAWC and GAD FPS.
